Thank you for supporting The Wildflower Within. Because many of our products are handcrafted or digital in nature, our policies are designed to protect product integrity, safety, and fairness for both you and our business.
Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase.
1. Custom Bach Flower Remedy Blends
All custom Bach flower remedy blends are freshly prepared to order.
Due to their personalized nature and limited shelf stability:
- All sales are final.
- We do not accept returns.
- We do not offer refunds or exchanges.**
Because these remedies are custom-made and considered consumable wellness products, they cannot be restocked or resold once prepared.
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos. If an error occurred on our end, we will review and make it right.
2. Digital Products (Guides, Downloads, Courses, Printables, etc.)
All digital products are delivered electronically.
Due to the immediate and irreversible nature of digital downloads:
- All digital product sales are final.
- Once a digital file has been downloaded or accessed, it is non-refundable.
- We do not offer exchanges for digital products.
If you experience technical issues accessing your purchase, please contact us and we will ensure you receive the file properly.
3. Shipping Policy
All products are shipped from our business location in Wyoming through the United States Postal Service (USPS).
Processing Times
- Custom Bach flower remedies are typically prepared and shipped within 3–5 business days.
- Physical products are typically shipped within 3–5 business days unless otherwise stated.
- Digital products are delivered within 24 hours.
Processing times do not include weekends or holidays.
During high-volume periods, processing times may be slightly extended.
Shipping Timeframes
Delivery times vary depending on your location and USPS service standards. Once your package is handed over to USPS, shipping speed is outside of our control.
You will receive tracking information once your order ships.
Incorrect Addresses
Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at checkout. We are not responsible for packages delayed or lost due to incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.
Lost or Delayed Packages
Once a package has been marked as shipped and transferred to USPS, we are not responsible for postal delays, lost packages, or delivery errors made by the carrier.
If your package appears lost, please contact USPS directly using your tracking number. We will assist as reasonably as possible, but cannot guarantee replacement or refund for carrier-related issues.
4. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect:
- Contact us within 7 days of delivery.
- Provide your order number and clear photographs of the issue.
If the issue was caused by an error on our part, we will offer a replacement or refund.
5. How to Request a Return (For Eligible Items Only)
To initiate a return for eligible products (salt blends or journals):
Please email us with:
- Your full name
- Order number
- Item(s) you wish to return
- Reason for return
If your request qualifies under this policy, we will provide return instructions.
6. Policy Updates
The Wildflower Within reserves the right to modify this Refunds, Returns & Shipping Policy at any time. Changes will be reflected on this page with an updated effective date.
